Our bag filter dust use advanced fabric filtration and pulse jet cleaning to remove >99% of particulate matter from industrial air streams. It is suitable for temperatures up to 250 °C and is ideal for industries such as cement, steel, power generation, pharmaceutical, food processing, plastics and chemical manufacturing.

 

Working Principle

The system employs an automated pulse-jet cleaning cycle for continuous operation:

  • Contaminated Air Inlet

Polluted airflow enters through an engineered distribution chamber, ensuring uniform gas dispersion.

  • Multistage Filtration

As air permeates vertically arranged filter bags, particulate matter forms a self-sustaining "filter cake" on the fabric surface, while purified air exits via the upper manifold.

  • Intelligent Self-Cleaning

Programmable compressed air pulses (0.4–0.6 MPa) periodically dislodge accumulated dust through reverse jet streams, maintaining optimal airflow resistance.

  • Waste Management

Discharged particulates are securely conveyed via rotary airlock valves or enclosed screw feeders for recycling or eco-friendly disposal.

Variety of materials, strong adaptability

Coated filter media (e.g. ePTFE membrane) can achieve surface filtration; anti-static fibers (e.g. carbon fiber blends) are used for explosive dust; flame-retardant materials are used for high-temperature open-flame working conditions.

 

High-efficiency filtration, environmentally friendly

The bag can capture ultra-fine particles (e.g. PM2.5, heavy metal dust) of 0.1~10 microns, with a filtration efficiency of up to 99%, which meets the ultra-low emission standards (e.g. <10mg/m³).

Optimized structure, high efficiency in dust removal

Part of the filter bag adopts pleated structure, increasing the filtering area by more than 50%. In conjunction with the pulse ash cleaning system, the dust layer is quickly stripped off by instantaneous backblowing of compressed air, maintaining low differential pressure operation.
 

Long life and economy

Enhanced fiber strength by needle punching process or surface coating, such as base cloth reinforced filter bag can withstand high wind speed (>1.5m/min) scouring. High-quality filter bags have a life span of 2 to 5 years, reducing downtime for replacement.
