Our bag filter dust use advanced fabric filtration and pulse jet cleaning to remove >99% of particulate matter from industrial air streams. Working Principle

The system employs an automated pulse-jet cleaning cycle for continuous operation:
- Contaminated Air Inlet
Polluted airflow enters through an engineered distribution chamber, ensuring uniform gas dispersion.
- Multistage Filtration
As air permeates vertically arranged filter bags, particulate matter forms a self-sustaining "filter cake" on the fabric surface, while purified air exits via the upper manifold.
- Intelligent Self-Cleaning
Programmable compressed air pulses (0.4–0.6 MPa) periodically dislodge accumulated dust through reverse jet streams, maintaining optimal airflow resistance.
- Waste Management
Discharged particulates are securely conveyed via rotary airlock valves or enclosed screw feeders for recycling or eco-friendly disposal.
