Centrifugal Mist Collector is based on the core technology of "centrifugal force separation + multi-stage filtration".
The specific workflow is as follows:

• When the controller is powered on and the switch is turned on, the air inlet will generate strong negative pressure to force the oil mist to be directed into the mist aspirator.
• The air containing oil mist is sucked into the equipment, and the oil mist particles collide with the impeller wall under the action of centrifugal force. The tiny particles aggregate into larger particles that can be controlled.
• The oil droplets can be discharged from the bottom oil outlet through pre-filtration, and fine oil mist and oil smoke are purified through five layers of filtration through the top filter element.
• After filtration, no oil fume is visible, which meets the standard air PM value and can be discharged directly.
