Working Principle

The air containing oil mist is sucked into the oil mist collector.

The first step is centrifugal separation: driven by the high-speed rotating impeller, the incoming air forms a spiral upward rotating airflow, and the oil mist particles are thrown to the inner wall of the machine under the action of centrifugal force to achieve separation.

Then comes the filtration stage of the multi-layer filter.

Finally, the appropriate high-efficiency filter selected for the working conditions can effectively purify the 0.3 micron level smoke to ensure the discharge of high-quality air.
