work principle
Bulk diesel coalescing filters are typically divided into two stages to remove harmful contaminants:
- In the first stage, it passes through a filtration unit. The goal is to trap particulate matter on the surface of the filter element and allow clean fluid to flow into the next stage.
- In the second stage, it goes through a coalescing device. Using the special molecular structure of the coalescing filter element and the separation filter element, the emulsified water and free water are coalesced into larger water droplets, which are separated from the oil.
After these two stages, the main pollutants in diesel fuel will be controlled at standard levels and will not affect the normal use of diesel fuel.
