Diesel Purification System

Diesel purification systems are designed to purify diesel fuel, removing impurities and pollutants that affect the performance and efficiency of diesel engines while reducing harmful emissions. Designed modularly, it combines coarse filtration, fine filtration, and oil-water separation modules. The system removes over 90% of large particles like sediment and rust, along with 5-micron colloid and asphaltum. Widely used in vehicles, mining, and marine transport, it ensures diesel purity for diverse applications.

1. Primary Filtration: Bulk diesel goes through the coarse filter, blocking large particles (over 50 microns), like sieving sand.

2. Deep Filtration: Pre-filtered diesel enters the fine filter. High-precision media catch tiny particles, while the oil-water separator uses density differences (diesel 0.83 g/cm³, water 1 g/cm³) to separate water for drainage.

3. Pressure Control: The transfer pump keeps pressure at 0.1-0.3 MPa. If the differential pressure gauge shows over 0.15 MPa, replace the filter due to clogging.

1. Replace Filters Regularly: Primary filter: Replace every 500 - 1000 L diesel.; Fine filter: Replace every 200 - 500 L diesel.

2. Drain Water Promptly: Open separator valve daily to drain water until clear diesel appears.

3. Monitor Pressure Difference: Replace filter when pressure exceeds 0.15 MPa due to clogging.

4. Inspect Components Regularly: Check pump, pipes, connectors; replace damaged parts immediately.
