Products Description
Filter bag dust collectors are constructed from heat-resistant, chemically stable fabrics such as polyester, PTFE, or Nomex, engineered to capture airborne dust, fumes, and fine powders generated during manufacturing and processing operations.
Unlike disposable filters or cartridge-based alternatives, these systems are designed for heavy-duty, continuous operation. They achieve filtration efficiencies exceeding 99.9% for particles as small as 1 micron (μm), making them indispensable for industries requiring stringent compliance with air quality regulations.
Working principle
- Contaminated Air Intake: Dust-laden air enters through the bag's inlet.
- Filtration Process: Air passes through vertically suspended filter bags, where particles adhere to the bag surface.
- Pulse-Jet Cleaning: Compressed air bursts dislodge accumulated dust into a hopper.
- Emission Control: Filtered air exits through an outlet, meeting EPA/OSHA compliance standards.
