Filter bag nylon is a kind of filter element made of high-strength nylon monofilament woven mesh as base material. The stable pore size structure is formed through heat-setting process, combined with double-needle overlocking sewing technology, which effectively prevents the leakage of needle eyes and realizes efficient surface filtration. Its smooth filter surface can directly intercept large particles of impurities (such as sediment, fibers, metal debris, etc.), while particles smaller than the pore size pass through smoothly. It is suitable for liquid pre-filtration, high viscosity material processing and particle grading scenarios.
