Q: Can the filter cartridges be cleaned and reused?
A: No, these are disposable cartridges. Cleaning may damage the gradient density structure, thereby reducing filtration efficiency.
Q: What is the correct installation orientation?
A: Water flow must always proceed from the outer to the inner side of the cartridge. The arrow on the end cap indicates the proper installation direction.
Q: Are these filters suitable for hot water applications?
A: Yes, our standard cartridges operate continuously at 60°C. For higher temperatures, we offer high-temperature resistant models.
