Pleated Filter Cartridge

Pleated filter cartridges are designed to remove sediment, rust, bacteria, and other particulate contaminants from water. It is pleated to increase the filtration surface area and has a high dirt holding capacity, low pressure drop and long service life. It can also be used to filter fluids such as hydrogen peroxide, alcohol, ethanol, and solvents.

According to different materials, it can be divided into PTFE pleated filter cartridge, nylon pleated filter cartridge, PP pleated filter cartridge, pleated polypropylene filter cartridge, etc., each material has unique advantages, such as: PTFE pleated filter cartridge has excellent chemical resistance and excellent hydrophobicity, pleated polypropylene filter cartridge has excellent chemical compatibility and cost-effectiveness, suitable for high-purity pharmaceutical and food applications. The choice of which type of cartridge to choose depends on the user's own application needs.
