The phenolic resin filter element is a thermoset-bonded depth cartridge engineered for consistent particulate control in aggressive, hot or viscous process fluids. Designed for predictable pressure behavior and minimal downstream contamination, it combines tailor-made porosity profiling with a mechanically robust resin backbone.

 

Technical parameters

 

Media Extended-length synthetic fibers bonded with a thermoset phenolic matrix (single-piece element).
Available nominal ratings 1 µm - 200 µm (custom ratings available).
Standard lengths 10″ (254 mm), 20″ (508 mm), 30″ (762 mm), 40″ (1016 mm) - other lengths on request.
Diameters OD ~63–66 mm; ID options to suit industry housings.
Max continuous service temperature up to 150 °C for high-temp variants.
Differential pressure recommended change-out 2.5–4.0 bar (36–58 psi) depending on grade and temperature.
End options & seals wide compatibility (flat cap, 222/226 o-ring, SOE/DOE) and seal materials including EPDM, Viton, PTFE.
