Products Description
The phenolic resin filter element is a thermoset-bonded depth cartridge engineered for consistent particulate control in aggressive, hot or viscous process fluids. Designed for predictable pressure behavior and minimal downstream contamination, it combines tailor-made porosity profiling with a mechanically robust resin backbone.

Selection & installation guidance
- Pick the right micron: Use coarser grades (25–150 µm) for bulk debris removal; use fine grades (1–10 µm) for final polishing.
- Match materials to chemistry: For aggressive solvents or elevated temperatures, specify high-temp resin grade and compatible gasket (e.g., Viton).
- Confirm flow vs ΔP: Provide target flow per cartridge and fluid viscosity so we can supply ΔP curves and predict service life.
- Housing compatibility: Confirm DOE/SOE configuration and any core-extender requirements before ordering.
FAQ
Q: How often should these filters be replaced?
A: Replacement frequency depends on contaminant load and operating conditions. Typically, filters should be replaced when differential pressure reaches 4 bar (58 psi).
Q: Can these filters be cleaned and reused?
A: While primarily designed as disposable filters, they can be cleaned using appropriate solvents for limited reuse in non-critical applications.
Q: What housing compatibility do you offer?
A: Standard 2.5" OD cartridges fit most industrial housings. Custom end configurations available for specific housing requirements.
