Daily Maintenance
- Maintenance of the Filter Device: The filter device is the core component of the collector and requires special attention. In a typical machining workshop with moderate oil mist concentration, the filter element should be inspected every 1 - 2 weeks.
- Inspection of the Fan System: The fan is responsible for providing the suction force to collect the oil mist. Every day before starting the equipment, listen carefully to check if the fan is running smoothly and if there are any abnormal noises to ensure its normal operation.
- Inspection of Wire Insulation: Inspect the insulation condition of the wires quarterly. When the insulation resistance of the wires is lower than the specified value (generally 0.5 MΩ), there is a risk of electric leakage.
