Machine Tool Mist Collection is a system designed to collect and treat oil mist generated by machine tools. The oil mist collector can avoid a series of problems, the oil mist particles suspended in the air will be captured and purified, and ultimately will meet the standards of air emissions. According to different oil mist treatment can be installed with different filtration levels, targeted, with high filtration efficiency, long service life and other effects.
Working principle
When the controller is turned on, the suction port generates a strong negative pressure forcing the oil mist to be directed into the suction mist absorber. The oil mist particles collide under the action of the wind wheel inside the oil mist purifier, and the tiny particles are gathered into larger particles that can be controlled, and are intercepted under the blockage of the highly efficient mist absorbing materials, and are collected and recycled through the reflux port.
