Machinery Mist Collector

Machinery mist collectors are designed to treat more than 99.93% of pollutants as small as 0.3 microns, such as oil mist, smoke, etc., using multi-stage filtration technology. The filtered oil can be reused and collected for recycling. Machinery mist collectors have universal applicability to CNC machine tools, general lathes, grinding machines, milling machines and other industrial processing equipment.

The collector typically employs a three-stage filtration process to meet gas emission standards.

• Primary filtration: Primary purification. Drawer-type filter cottons are usually used, which can effectively intercept large particles of oil mist and fumes and prevent them from entering the subsequent treatment process. It is easier to replace.
• Secondary filtration: Secondary purification. Used to capture smaller particulate contaminants and improve gas quality.
• Three-stage filtration: Deep purification. The filter cartridge made of multi-layer pleated glass fiber material can trap even the finer oil mist particles and provide a clean working environment. Usually externally mounted.
