HDP22 Oil Purifier

• Oil pumping & Preliminary filtration:

First, the fluid to be purified is pumped into the equipment via a pump.

After the fluid enters the equipment, it will first pass through the primary filter for preliminary filtration, the main purpose of this step is to remove large particles of impurities, such as metal chips, dust, etc.

• Vacuum dehydration and degassing:

The oil enters the vacuum separator, and in a vacuum environment, the free and dissolved water will evaporate rapidly.

The oil purifier uses advanced dewatering technology to fully expose the oil to extremely low relative humidity in a vacuum tower, resulting in deep dewatering. At the same time, the gas is effectively removed.

• High-precision filtration:

After dewatering and degassing, the oil is further filtered through a fine filter. The fine filter adopts stainless steel mesh structure and composite polymer adsorption material, which can remove fine particles and residual impurities and ensure the cleanliness of the fluid.

• Circulation & Purification:

The entire filtration process is cyclic to ensure that the fluid is adequately purified. Through the action of the oil pump, the oil forms a circulating flow inside the equipment, which is continuously filtered and purified.

• Intelligent control & Operation:

The equipment has a built-in intelligent controller, which can automatically complete filtration, circulation, slag discharge and other operations, and can achieve continuous purification without manual intervention. At the same time, it can also monitor the operation status of the equipment in real time, and once an abnormal situation is found, it will immediately alarm and stop for protection.
