working principle

 

Vacuum oil purifiers usually use a multi-stage filtration process to dehydrate, degass, and remove impurities from oil. This includes vacuum dewatering technology and filtration technology. Its basic working principle is as follows:

  • The contaminated oil enters the primary filter through a hose. A filter element made of porous material is set inside it, which can intercept large particles of impurities and pollutants to achieve the effect of preliminary filtration.
  • The heater starts to operate. The oil is heated to a certain temperature, which can be adjusted according to the properties of the fluid, usually set to 40-60℃. This ensures that the properties of the fluid are not destroyed while the maximum water is extracted.
  • In the vacuum system, the oil with a higher saturation temperature is sprayed under vacuum, and the water evaporates and separates quickly. After forming water vapor, it is sucked into the condenser for cooling. Then it enters the water storage tank and is discharged outside the equipment. This process can achieve a fast and efficient oil-water separation effect.
  • Because the saturation temperature of the oil is high, it will not evaporate. At this time, the oil will continue to flow into the next process, that is, the fine filter. After passing through the deep precision filter element set, the remaining small particles of impurities and other pollutants can be effectively removed, further improving the cleanliness of the fluid.

After the above process is completed, the basic filtering work can be completed. The clean fluid flows into the oil tank for storage or reuse.

Single Stage Vacuum Oil Purifier (Standard Vacuum System)

This type of product is usually equipped with 1 vacuum dehydration system and vacuum pump, which is suitable for filtration and dewatering needs of general fluids. Simple configuration and low price.

The disadvantage is that the amount of fluid filtered is small and the processing speed is relatively slow. Poor filtration of highly contaminant fluids may not meet the high requirements of fluid cleanliness. This product is sufficient if only basic purification standards need to be met.
