work principle
The main components of the double stage vacuum transformer oil purifier include vacuum heating tank, fine filter, condenser, primary filter, water tank, vacuum pump, oil discharge pump and electrical cabinet. The process is roughly as follows:
- Primary filter: The oil from the outside enters the primary filter through the inlet to eliminate larger particulate impurities.
- Heating device: The liquid that has been filtered through the primary is fed into the heating tank and heated to a certain temperature.
- Vacuum system: The heated liquid passes through the vacuum chamber, and the water in it rapidly evaporates into water vapor.
- Condenser: The water vapor is sucked into the condenser by a vacuum pump, and after cooling, it returns to its original water state and is released.
- Fine filter: The oil in the vacuum heating tank is discharged into the fine filter by the oil discharge pump, and the particulate impurities are filtered out through the filter element.
