Product Introduction
The transformer oil filtration plant is a kind of equipment specially used to filter transformer insulating oil, which mainly includes the function of removing water, removing impurities, degassing and restoring oil quality. By effectively removing moisture, it is possible to prevent the deterioration of insulation performance caused by excessive moisture content of the insulating oil. By removing solid impurities, the fluid is kept clean and the risk of transformer failure is reduced. By removing gases, partial discharge due to gas accumulation can be avoided.

The working principle of the transformer oil filtration plant is as follows:
The transformer oil to be treated enters the equipment through the inlet and is subsequently heated to 60°C to 80°C by a heating unit to reduce the viscosity of the oil and promote the release of moisture and gases.
After heating, the fluid flows through the coarse filter, and large particles of impurities are removed, such as dust, metal particles, etc. At the same time, the water evaporates due to heating and is pumped away through a vacuum system.
In a vacuum, the gases in the oil (such as hydrogen, oxygen, etc.) are also pumped out, further improving the insulating properties of the oil.
After that, the fluid is fed into a fine filter to remove microscopic impurities.
Finally, the treated clean oil is discharged through the outlet and returned to the transformer.
