work principle
The working principle of the turbine oil filtration equipment mainly includes the following steps:
Heating: The contaminated fluid first enters the heater for heating to improve the evaporation efficiency of the moisture and gases in the fluid.
Pre-filtration: The heated fluid enters the primary filter to remove large particles of impurities by means of physical barrier.
Vacuum separation: The oil then enters the vacuum separation chamber. In a vacuum, volatile components such as moisture and gases are quickly separated. The mixed gas formed by evaporated water vapor, gas, etc., is converted into liquid by the condensation system and collected in the water reservoir.
Fine filtration: The fluid that removes water and gas enters the fine filter, which further removes fine solid particles and impurities and improves the cleanliness of the fluid.
