Scanning self-cleaning filter, also known as automatic self-cleaning screen filter, combine the advantages of high-quality filtration with self-cleaning capabilities to efficiently filter contaminants even in turbid raw water, providing customers with a continuous water supply.
The filter is made of high-strength metal material and can withstand high loads and high pressure environments. When the differential pressure of the filter reaches a preset value, a self-cleaning operation is performed.

Working Principle
The scanning self-cleaning filter works by means of a unique suction scanning technology. It is equipped with a screen mesh through which particulate contaminants are intercepted and clean water flows out of the outlet for an efficient filtration process.
When suspended solids accumulate on the surface of the screen, the filter pressure drop rises to a preset value and the self-cleaning function is triggered. The motor then rotates the nozzle in an axial motion, which ensures that the nozzle scans and cleans the entire inside of the screen to remove the contaminants. During the self-cleaning process, the filtration process continues.
