Multi bag filter vessels consist of 2 or more filter bags and can handle flow rates up to 2400GPM. Therefore, it is widely used in high-volume and high-flow applications. The unique material and structure design allows a large amount of liquid to be evenly distributed in the bag after entering the equipment, with high particulate removal efficiency.

Product Structure

The following describes the basic components:

Filter Housing: Used to hold the bag. Compatible with a wide range of fluids.

Filter Cover: Usually designed with a quick-open structure for quick bag replacement or maintenance.

Filter Bag: As the main filtration component, it plays the role of filtering out impurities and purifying fluids.

Filter Basket: Used to provide support for the bag. At high flow rates, damage from liquid impact is reduced.

Inlet and Outlet: Used to connect pipelines and transport fluids.

Sealing Device: Provide a safe and closed filtration space to effectively prevent liquid leakage.

Maintenance tips

Regular cleaning: After a long period of use, contaminants will gradually accumulate on the surface of the bag, resulting in poor filtration. Therefore, regular cleaning is required to maintain consistent filtration performance.
Timely replacement: When the bag is severely clogged or damaged, it needs to be replaced with a new one in time to ensure the normal operation of the filter.
Regular inspection: Regularly check whether the inlet and outlet valves, pressure gauges, sealing performance and electrical equipment of the filter are working properly, so as to find problems in time and take corresponding measures.
