Single Bag Filter Housing

The single bag filter housing, also callled bag filter vessel, is mainly composed of filter housing, filter bag, inlet and outlet valves and other components. The filter housing is usually made of stainless steel, which has the characteristics of corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance. The filter bag is the core filtration component, and the selection of its material and pore size directly affects the filtration effect. Inlet and outlet valves are used to control the inflow and exit of liquids, usually with flange connections.

The working principle of the single bag filter housing is that a metal mesh basket is set inside to support the filter bag, and the liquid flows in from the inlet, and flows out from the outlet after being filtered through the filter bag, and the impurities are intercepted in the filter bag. Generally, disposable filter bags are used, and new filter bags need to be replaced after use.

It can be divided into side-entry bag filter, top-entry bag filter, stainless steel bag filter, fluorine-lined anti-corrosion filter, and so on. You can choose the right filter or direct customization option according to your needs.

Step1: Open the lid to the fullest extent.

Step2: Restrainer baskets should be positioned in the housing.

Step3: Bag inserted into the holders and molded flush with the holder for complete support.

Step4: Center the collar of the bag on the holder rim to achieve a tight seal.
