Products Description
Our stainless steel single bag filter housings are constructed from high-grade 304 or 316L stainless steel and are designed to accommodate a single filter bag and basket, designed to remove particulate contaminants from a wide range of fluids. They feature a quick-opening top, a low-pressure drop flow path, a variety of seal materials (EPDM, Viton, PTFE), and are factory-tested for use with harsh industrial fluids.

A: For plating baths, select EPDM for alkaline nickel/copper baths; use PTFE or Viton if chlorinated or aggressive organics are present. Always verify compatibility with the specific bath chemistry and temperature.
Q: How often should I change the filter bag?
A: Change the bag when the ΔP reaches 10–20 psi above the clean start point or when visual/operational criteria indicate reduced flow. For heavy solids streams, daily or per shift changes may be required; for RO pre-filtration in low-load streams, bags can last weeks.
