Our heavy‑duty stainless steel basket filter strainer is engineered for inline pipeline coarse filtration to remove solid debris from process liquids. Available in multiple housing configurations, offset inlet‑outlet, quick‑opening closure, davit lifting assembly, flat‑bottom design, NPT or flanged end connections. Built‑in differential‑pressure monitoring, drain port and vent port support safe, convenient maintenance.

Product Introduction

Basket filter strainers are designed to trap fluid inside the basket to remove unwanted solid particles. The principle of operation is simple: fluid flows through the filter, debris is trapped inside the basket, and clean fluid passes through. When debris accumulates to a specific limit, the operator can remove the basket and wash it by manual cleaning or an automatic cleaning system.

The strainer can be fabricated in a variety of materials, including SS304, SS316L, carbon steel, and specified materials, to cope with different fluid compositions and environmental conditions.
