Product Introduction
Duplex strainer, also known as twin basket strainer. Designed to remove larger particulate contaminants and impurities from fluids, it is typically installed in fuel, oil, or water piping systems. It usually consists of two independent filters, connected by valves. The advantage over simplex strainer is that there is no need to stop working when the filter is clogged or needs to be cleaned, just turn off a single filter that is clogged, and the other filter still performs the filtration process, so it is more suitable for continuous flow applications.
In addition, duplex strainers are available in a variety of options, allowing the appropriate filter to be customized for various application characteristics.
