Working Principle
The Y-type strainer is Y-shaped, with one end to pass the fluid through and the other end to precipitate contaminants. It is mainly composed of a housing body, a cap and a filter screen, etc.
The working principle is that when the fluid enters the filter, it will pass through the filter screen, and the solid impurity particles will be intercepted, the clean fluid will flow out through the filter screen.
Over time, impurities and particulate matter accumulate on the filter screen, resulting in increased resistance to fluid flow. At this point, the filter needs to be cleaned or replaced to restore normal filtration performance.
