Brush Self-cleaning Filter

The filter has an automatic cleaning function, which is carried out by the mechanical action of a rotating brush. The rotating brush is driven by an electric motor and can effectively clean the inner surface of the filter.

The working principle is that when the liquid enters the inside of the filter and passes through the screen, the clear liquid flows out of the device, and the solid impurities are trapped in the screen. When the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the screen reaches a predetermined level, the drain valve opens. At this point, the motor drives the rotating brush to work, brushing off and removing particulate contaminants that have accumulated on the inner surface of the filter. Particulate contaminants are discharged through an open drain valve. If the differential pressure returns to the initial value, the drain valve automatically closes and the motor stops. The cleaning process typically takes around 10-15 seconds, ensuring minimal disruption to system flow during cleaning operations.
