Technical Notes
The SYCF-DS9-2 housing supports 9 cartridges in 20" or 40" lengths and is rated for flow rates up to 270 m³/h at standard differential pressure. The CN200 flange size maintains fluid velocity within recommended ranges, reducing erosion and energy loss. Operators monitor the pressure drop (ΔP) across the housing as an indicator of cartridge loading. Cartridge replacement is generally recommended when ΔP reaches 0.35 MPa, subject to cartridge specifications. The housing accepts standard 222 or 226 O-ring style cartridges in DOE or SOE configurations. End cap designs and sealing mechanisms should match the application temperature and fluid chemistry to avoid bypass and maintain filtration performance.
