- Solution: The L025017FBA Water Bag Filter Housing, made of 304 stainless steel, comes standard with 20 μm #4 filter bags and a real-time pressure gauge. Two units are connected in series to automatically recover filtered liquid and treat secondary water.
- Implementation results: Replacement cycles have been extended from approximately 3–4 days to 14–21 days. Downtime has been reduced from approximately 8 hours per month for cleaning and replacement to only approximately 2 hours per month for filter bag replacement, resulting in safer and more efficient production.
