How It Works

 

Filtration Principle: The quick open multi-bag Filter operates on a reliable "side-in, bottom-out" flow path. Unfiltered fluid enters the pressurized vessel through a side inlet, is distributed into the filter bags where contamination is trapped on the bag's interior surface. The purified fluid passes through the bag and exits through the bottom outlet. The Heart of Innovation: The Quick-Open Mechanism The core of our design lies in the sealing mechanism. Replacing dozens of bolts and nuts, the V-Clamp or QIC-LOCK system creates a uniform, high-integrity seal around the entire vessel circumference with a single action. This eliminates the time-consuming and often uneven torqueing sequence of traditional designs. The result is a seal that is not only faster to engage and disengage but also more consistent and reliable, reducing the risk of leaks and seal damage.
