The DN125 SS304 cartridge filter housing with jib crane delivers reliable solids removal for medium to large-flow industrial systems. This series offers three capacity options, supporting 55 to 73 filter cores in the standard 40-inch length. Nominal flow rates span 85 to 110 T/H, making these units suitable for upstream protection of RO membranes and other sensitive process equipment. The housing is fabricated from SS304 stainless steel with 3mm wall thickness, paired with DN125 flanged connections. An integrated jib crane allows a single operator to handle the top cover safely, minimizing maintenance downtime.

Design Highlights
Jib Crane for Safe Servicing - Removing a cover from a 55‑ to 73‑core vessel is physically demanding. The integrated jib crane eliminates the need for overhead hoists or multiple crew members. One technician can swing the cover aside, swap elements, and close up with minimal delay.
DN125 Flange Versatility - The DN125 connection accepts both standard and loose flanges. This flexibility simplifies integration into existing piping without special adapters.
SS304 Corrosion Margin - SS304 provides adequate oxidation and corrosion resistance for potable water, demineralized water, and many chemical streams.Where chloride or acidic conditions exist, SS316L can be substituted.
Each completed housing is tested for shell integrity at design pressure, flange seal tightness, and dimensional compliance. Welds and finished surfaces are visually inspected before packaging.
