Product Overview
This DN150 Cartridge Filter Housing series is configured for industrial liquid filtration systems with rated flow capacities from 125 to 180 t/h. The three configurations use 40-inch filter cartridges and DN150 process connections, with cartridge quantities ranging from 85 to 121 pieces. Housing dimensions, wall thickness, and cartridge capacity vary by flow class, allowing the equipment configuration to be selected according to the required processing volume.

Defined cartridge capacity
The housing series is differentiated by the number of cartridge positions rather than by cartridge length. All three models use 40-inch elements, while the installed quantity changes from 85 to 91 and then 121.
Flow-oriented model selection
The rated capacity provides a straightforward starting point for preliminary equipment selection:
- 125 t/h → SYB-4-65X
- 135 t/h → SYB-4-70X
- 180 t/h → SYB-4-80X
The actual operating flow should be checked against the selected cartridge type and filtration duty before finalizing the equipment.
DN150 connection
A DN150 process connection is used across the three configurations. This allows the connection specification to remain consistent while the vessel dimensions and cartridge capacity change between models.
