Structural Feature: Why Choose a "Davit Arm" Design?
For vessel housings with an outer diameter of φ500mm and 3mm wall thickness, the top flange cover is quite heavy. The SYB-4-30X comes equipped with a manual Davit Arm Mechanism. When replacing the 30 internal filter cartridges, maintenance personnel do not need to lift the heavy lid manually; simply loosen the bolts and swing the davit arm smoothly. This significantly reduces labor intensity and enhances operational safety.

1. Typical Applications
- RO System Pre-treatment: Serves as pre-filtration for 40–50 t/h Reverse Osmosis systems to protect RO membranes from physical scratching.
Industrial Cooling Water: Side-stream filtration for large cooling water loops in steel mills, power plants, or chemical facilities.
- Chemical & Oil Filtration: Particle removal for cutting fluids, solvents, and liquid chemicals.
2. Engineering Tips
Flow Margin Advice: If your operational flow rate is between 35-42t/h, SYB-4-30X (45 t/h) is an optimal fit. If it exceeds 50 t/h, consider upgrading to SYB-4-35X (55 t/h).
Pressure Drop Warning: Initial clean pressure drop is around 0.02 -0.05 MPa. Replace all 30 filter cartridges when the pressure differential reaches 0.15MPa.
