Automatic Scraper Strainer

Automatic scraper strainers are designed for liquids with a high solids content. The design highlights the use of a scraper and brush to work together to remove impurities and contaminants from the surface of the filter element. Provides continuous cleaning without interrupting the filtration process.

In addition, it has excellent filtration efficiency, with a micron range of 25-3000 μm and a flow rate of 1.5-110 m³ per hour. The user can consult the appropriate specifications according to the specific needs.

The working principle of the automatic scraper strainer is as follows:

 

1. Contaminated liquids enter the filter through the inlet and pass through a filter element (e.g. a wedge mesh filter).

2. The filter element is designed to be porous, and solid particles are trapped as the liquid passes through. The clean liquid flows out of the outlet.

3. As contaminants accumulate and reach a set point (parameters such as differential pressure, time, etc.) can be set, an automatic cleaning program is triggered.

4. Scrapers and brushes, driven by motors, begin to rotate around the filter element, scraping off the accumulated contaminants.

5. The drain valve automatically opens and discharges any contaminants.
